(CD version only) An 11 minute movie produced from sequences captured by Dave Norman using a colour video CCD camera on his 8" scope. The movie starts with Saturn approaching and disappearing behind the (over-exposed) illuminated limb of the Moon. A series of 10 second clips of the passing lunar surface follows. Then Saturn re-appears from the dark limb of the (slightly past full) Moon. Finally, a scan round the Moon shows how lucky we were with the weather as the clouds start to roll in! | ||||||||
